Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and cut or scrape them into very thin slices (possibly in a food processor).

Spoon the potato slices in a large bowl with the rosemary, olive oil, half of the butter, salt and pepper. Always take a stack of slices and put them in the baking dish. Fill the dish in this way and pour the rest of the butter over the potato slices. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven. Remove the foil from the dish and cook until golden brown and cooked for about 20 minutes.
