Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the roots and cut off the green foliage. Let the roots whole.

Place them on a baking tray and pour a few tablespoons of olive oil over them.

Sprinkle them with coarse grains of salt and a handful of fresh basil leaves.

Shake everything well so that all the roots are covered with oil and bake in the middle of the oven in about 10 minutes until brown and al dente.
