Black tagliatelle with mussels in the shell
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, dry white wine, tagliatelle (black), garlic (finely chopped), Italian (olive oil (bottle a 500 ml)), mozzarella (piccolini (small mozzarella à 125 g)) and rucola salad ( (75 g) halved).

Clean the mussels according to the instructions on the packaging.

Put them in a pan, pour the wine and bring it to the boil.

Cook the mussels with the lid on the pan for 5-7 minutes.

Shake the pan 2-3 times.

Remove the mussels from the cooking liquid.

Pack one half in aluminum foil to keep the mussels warm, take the other half of the mussels out of the shell.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the garlic in the oil until golden brown and warm the mussels from the shell.

Spoon in the tagliatelle and mozzarella and add the arugula at the last.
