Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Cook them in water for 20 minutes in salted water.

In the meantime, boil the cauliflower for 10 minutes in water with salt. Drain the potatoes and crush with the potato masher.

Cut the bell pepper into cubes and cut the onion. Then heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and paprika for 5 min. On medium heat. Take out of the pan and keep separate.

Mix the mince with curry powder, pepper and salt in a bowl. Turn balls of the size of a walnut with wet hands.

Heat oil again in the frying pan and fry the balls in 10 min. On medium heat around brown and cooked.

Prepare the cheese sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.
