Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Cook them in water for 20 minutes in salted water.
  3. In the meantime, boil the cauliflower for 10 minutes in water with salt. Drain the potatoes and crush with the potato masher.
