Fried steak with yellow rice, sukiyaki and white cabbage.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice for 8 minutes and leave to stand on the pan with a lid.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into 4 cm pieces, remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut the bell pepper into rings.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok pan and stir fry the spring onions, bell peppers and cabbages for 5 minutes on medium heat. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak tips and sukiyaki for 6 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Divide the rice, steak and vegetables over 4 plates and garnish the rice with the coconut grater.
