Oysters with spicy vinaigrette
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, oysters, red pepper, spring onion, parsley, olive oil, sesame oil, white wine vinegar and samphire (100 g).

(maximum 1/2 day in advance). Carefully open and cut oysters with oyster knife (from oyster packaging) (the oyster must remain in the shell). Keep oysters covered in a refrigerator until use.

Clean pepper, remove seeds and chop pepper very finely. Clean the forest onion and cut it into wafer thin rings. Parsley above fine bowl. Add oil, vinegar, pepper and spring onions and beat into a dressing. Place samphire on a large plate and arrange oysters on it. Sprinkle vinaigrette over oysters.
