Grilled sardines with paprika
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow peppers, fresh sardine fillets (a 100 g), sea salt, (freshly ground) pepper, olive oil, lemon juice (freshly squeezed), parsley, red onion and oil to grease.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Sweeten the peppers, pat dry with paper towels and blacken in black for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Let the peppers in plastic bag or covered bowl cool slightly.

Meanwhile sprinkle sardines with salt and pepper.

Griddle grill with greaseproof paper and grease with oil.

Sardines on it.

Sardines roast approx.

5 cm under hot grill in approx.

6 minutes, turning halfway.

Meanwhile, remove the peel from peppers with sharp knife and remove seeds and crowns.

Cut fruit flesh into strips.

Mix into a bowl of oil and lemon juice until dressing.

Parsley above it finely cut.

Season with salt and pepper.

Peel onion and cut into thin rings.

Place pepper bars and onion rings on a scale.

Sardines on it.
