Make ribbons of the zucchini and carrot with a spiral or julienne cutter.

Mix the garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and red pepper. Heat a wok on a high stand and pour in this sauce.

Add the shrimp and bake for about 2 minutes. Then add the zucchini and carrot ribbons, cook for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the pad thai with the peanuts and coriander. Garnish with wedges of lime.
