Pad thai with tofu and egg

Mix the stir-fry mince into a bowl with the soy sauce and the sambal.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse cold. Drain.

Meanwhile cut the shallots into thin half rings and the garlic into wafer-thin slices.

Heat the wok oil in a stirring stir fry the minced meat for 2 minutes. Lower the heat and add the shallot and garlic. Bake for 2 minutes.

Raise the heat and add the noodle. Stir fry 4 min.

In the meantime, cut the spring onions very finely and chop the peanuts roughly.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with pepper and salt and the sambal.

Heat the wok oil in a frying pan and pour in the eggs. Stir with a wooden spoon 1-2 min., Until you have a smooth scrambled egg.

Stir in the rice vinegar through the noodles. Serve the noodles with the scrambled eggs.

Sprinkle with the spring onions and peanuts. Bon appétit! .
