Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven setting 4.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the tomatoes and lay the cutting edge upwards in the oven dish. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the herbs, pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the oil.

Bake the tomatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes until done. Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, pepper and salt.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for about 3 minutes. Scoop the pasta and the egg mixture through the onion and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
