Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the onion in half rings, finely chop the garlic and the chicken into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, chicken and salt for 4 minutes on medium heat.

Add the stir-fry vegetables, tarragon and garlic and cook for 7 minutes on medium heat. In the meantime, heat the sauce in a saucepan for 3 minutes.

Mix the pasta with the sauce, spread over deep plates and scoop the chicken and vegetables.
