Panini with casselerrib and pesto
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white pistolets (bake bread, pack of 4), pesto alla genovese (duopak 2 x 90 g), mozzarella ((cheese, a 125 g), sliced), grilled casselerrib (meat products) and olive oil.

Cut open the unbaked buns and cover them with the pesto. Cover the rolls with the mozzarella and the casselerrib. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Close the sandwiches and press them firmly. Brush them thinly around with the oil.

Roast the paninis in a frying pan without oil or butter in 5 min. Golden brown and done; press them flat with a spatula and let the mozzarella melt. Serve the panini warm. Tasty with a green salad with balsamic dressing.
