Directions

  1. Chop the onion, cut the winter carrot into thin slices and the celery in bows.
  2. Heat the oil with the butter in a pan. Add the onion, carrot and celery and cook for 5 min.
  3. Add the minced meat and fry the flour and brown.
  4. Make the broth from a tablet.
