Pork tenderloin with gin
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, juniper berries, pork tenderloins (about 600 g), nutmeg, (freshly ground) pepper, gin (liquorice), butter or margarine, salt and crème fraîche.

1 Chopping juniper berries finely (or coarsely stamping in a mortar).

Spread the pork tenderloin into slices of approx.
-
2 cm thick.

Slicing slices through chopped juniper berries.

Sprinkle meat with nutmeg and pepper.

Fry 40 g of butter in frying pan.

Roast pork in a nice 6-minute brown, half-turn.

Remove slices of meat from the pan, lightly sprinkle with salt and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Put the rest of butter, juniper and gin in pan.

Bake stir-frying and bring sauce to the boil.

Stir in the crème fraîche and season with sauces.

Spread the tenderloin medallions on four plates.

Give it a sauce.

Delicious with potatoes au gratin and broccoli..
