Pork tenderloin with gin


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, juniper berries, pork tenderloins (about 600 g), nutmeg, (freshly ground) pepper, gin (liquorice), butter or margarine, salt and crème fraîche.

Directions

  1. 1 Chopping juniper berries finely (or coarsely stamping in a mortar).
  2. Spread the pork tenderloin into slices of approx.
  3. 2 cm thick.
  4. Slicing slices through chopped juniper berries.
  5. Sprinkle meat with nutmeg and pepper.
  6. Fry 40 g of butter in frying pan.
  7. Roast pork in a nice 6-minute brown, half-turn.
  8. Remove slices of meat from the pan, lightly sprinkle with salt and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  9. Put the rest of butter, juniper and gin in pan.
  10. Bake stir-frying and bring sauce to the boil.
  11. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with sauces.
  12. Spread the tenderloin medallions on four plates.
  13. Give it a sauce.
  14. Delicious with potatoes au gratin and broccoli..
