Vegas skewers with cheese sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: paprika, shallots and Garden Gourmet vegetable balls.

Peppers clean and cut into pieces. Shallot and halve the shallots. Place vegetable balls, peppers and shallots on and around the pins and cover with oil.

Brush the potatoes, puncture them at various places and cook them in microwave at full power in 9 minutes. Cover with tea towel and let it go for 10 minutes.

In a grill or frying pan, skewers can be baked in 10 minutes. Clean tomatoes, cut into segments and mix with dressing. Prepare cheese sauce according to instructions.

Cook skewers with cheese sauce, roasted potatoes and tomato salad.
