Pak choi with ginger and sesame noodles

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package and rinse under cold running water.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let scare, pel and prank fine. Cut the pakististelen in width into 3 pieces, cut the green fine.

Remove the stem set from the haricots verts. Peel and grate the ginger.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger for 30 seconds. Add the pakistos, ginger syrup, fish sauce, haricots verts and the water.

Scoop, bring to a boil, put the lid on the pan and simmer for 8 minutes on low heat. Add the pack green and heat for 1 min.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the noodles 3 min.

Divide the vegetables over the noodles, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and scoop the egg.
