Pancake wrap with goat's cheese, walnuts and honey

Put the pancake mix in a mixing bowl and add 500 ml of milk. Stir with a whisk or mixer until smooth.

Add the rest of the milk, eggs and oil or butter while stirring. Let a skillet get hot.

Pour some batter into the pan, let it run over the bottom and fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.

Spread the pancake with 1 tablespoon of honey. Cover with some arugula, goat cheese and walnuts. Sprinkle with the thyme and roll up the pancake.
