Pancakes filled with endive


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ready-made pancakes, hazelnuts (65 g), oil, ready-to-cook endive (400 g), cream culinary (`2 dl), grated cheese, ham cubes, salt and pepper.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Chop the nuts.
  3. Drizzle nuts in a dry frying pan until lightly browned.
  4. Cool on plate.
  5. Heat up large casserole oil in wok or large frying pan.
  6. Endive end up shrinking in a high heat in about 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in the culinary cream and heat for approx.
  8. 1 minute.
  9. Take a pan of fire.
  10. Store about 4 tablespoons of cheese, rest by creating endive.
  11. Stir in ham cubes and nuts.
  12. Season andijvi mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
  13. Spread pancakes on baking sheet.
  14. On pancakes create 1/4 of each of the viola mixture and fold down.
  15. Sprinkle the rest of cheese over it.
  16. Melt the cheese under a hot grill for about 3 minutes..
