Chicken stew with grilled vegetables

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile cut the garlic into slices and the tomatoes into cubes. Add to the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the grilled vegetables to the chicken, put the lid on the pan and simmer for 8 minutes on medium heat. Scoop occasionally.
  4. In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Spread the stew and mashed potatoes over 4 deep plates, garnish with the basil.
