Pancakes filled with raw ham, cheese and pineapple

Heat the oil and fry the ham, pepper and pineapple for 3 minutes. Keep separate.

Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Pour in a thin layer of batter and turn with the pan so that the whole bottom is covered. Bake for about 2 minutes at medium height, turn the flange over and bake for another minute.

Spread some of the ham mixture over half of the flange and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the flange closed and place it on a warm dish. Cook until everything runs out and sprinkle the pancakes with parsley.
