Pancakes with hot apple and cinnamon ice cream


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: port pancake mix (pack of 2 x 135 g Honig), milk, egg (medium), butter or margarine, apples (gold bar), Calvados (Gall and Gall), brown caster sugar, cinnamon powder and cinnamon ice cream (à 1 liter) AH).

Directions

  1. Pancake mix in bowl.
  2. Add half of milk and stir with whisk until smooth batter.
  3. Stir the rest of the milk and egg through the batter.
  4. Melt small lump of butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  5. Sprinkle a thin layer of batter over the bottom of the frying pan and fry the golden brown on both sides.
  6. In the same way, fry 3 more flanges (remainder of batter is not used).
  7. Peel apples, remove clocks and cut apples into slices.
  8. Heat calves gently in a frying pan of calvados, caster sugar, cinnamon and 30 g of butter until nice caramel sauce is produced.
  9. Allow apple slices to cook in sauce on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  10. Spread the flakes over four plates.
  11. Spread warm apple with sauce over 1/4 part of the pancakes and carefully fold the pancakes into four.
  12. Fry 1 currant ice cream on each plate.
  13. Serve immediately..
