                            Pancakes with hot apple and cinnamon ice cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: port pancake mix (pack of 2 x 135 g Honig), milk, egg (medium), butter or margarine, apples (gold bar), Calvados (Gall and Gall), brown caster sugar, cinnamon powder and cinnamon ice cream (à 1 liter) AH).

- 
                                Pancake mix in bowl.
- 
                                Add half of milk and stir with whisk until smooth batter.
- 
                                Stir the rest of the milk and egg through the batter.
- 
                                Melt small lump of butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.
- 
                                Sprinkle a thin layer of batter over the bottom of the frying pan and fry the golden brown on both sides.
- 
                                In the same way, fry 3 more flanges (remainder of batter is not used).
- 
                                Peel apples, remove clocks and cut apples into slices.
- 
                                Heat calves gently in a frying pan of calvados, caster sugar, cinnamon and 30 g of butter until nice caramel sauce is produced.
- 
                                Allow apple slices to cook in sauce on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 
                                Spread the flakes over four plates.
- 
                                Spread warm apple with sauce over 1/4 part of the pancakes and carefully fold the pancakes into four.
- 
                                Fry 1 currant ice cream on each plate.
- 
                                Serve immediately..
