A nice English recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: bananas (in slices), lemon juice, ginger powder (djahé), sugar, eggs, milk, white bread (old) and butter (in flakes).

Directions

  1. Mix the slices of banana with lemon juice, ginger powder and 2 tbsp sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs, milk and the rest of the sugar together in a measuring cup.
  3. Place 4 slices of bread in the greased oven dish. Pour about half of the milk mixture. Divide the slices of banana. Put the last 4 slices of bread on the banana and pour over the rest of the milk mixture. Place the flakes of butter on the top.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the dish on the grid in the middle of the oven and fry the pudding for about 30 minutes. Serve the pudding lukewarm. Delicious with lightly cream or a ball of cinnamon ice cream.
