Rice porridge with mango
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: semi-skimmed milk, dessert rice (pack a 400 g), sugar, cooking cream (light and creamy, 250 ml) and mango.

Bring milk with rice to the boil and simmer for 12 minutes.

Stirring occasionally.

Stirring sugar through cooked rice and allow to cool.

Knocking cream.

Mango peel and divide into pieces.

Mash the largest part of mango with hand blender or food processor.

Mix lukewarm rice with cream and scoop in four dishes.

Mango puree spread over it.
