Pancakes with strawberry and blueberry
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: self-rising flour, milk, egg, butter, cinnamon syrup for coffee (bottle), blueberries, strawberries and yogurt with forest fruits ((portion staple).

In a bowl, mix the flour with milk, egg and pinch of salt into a smooth batter.

Heat half of butter in frying pan and pour 3 portions of batter into each other with ladle.

Small pancakes in 2 min.

Per side golden brown baking.

In the same way, fry 3 small pancakes with the rest of butter.

Place a stack of 3 pancakes on two plates each.

Spread cinnamon syrup and distribute fruit.

Unleash yoghurts and create on or next to them..
