Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Clean the potatoes. Press the garlic.

Place the potatoes one by one on a shelf and cut them into wafer-thin slices to the nearest 0.5 cm from the bottom, so they are still connected together at the bottom. Put the potatoes in an oven dish.
