Directions

  1. Roast the almonds in a frying pan and allow to cool.
  2. Let the roasted peppers drain. Rinse and cut the flesh into pieces.
  3. Puree the peppers with the almonds, the garlic and the olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and chilli pepper flakes.
