Pangasius fillet with vegetables in sweet and sour sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, sunflower oil, Italian (stir-fry mix (600 g)), Chinese (mild sweet and sour sauce (a 100 g)), pangasius fillets ((bag 750 g), frozen), spring onion ( (bag of 3 pieces) and in rings).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the vegetables 4-5 min. Add the sauce and 100 ml water and heat over medium heat. Turn down the heat and place the fish fillets in the sauce. Stew the fish and vegetables with the lid on the wok for 8-10 minutes until tender.

Spoon the rice into 4 deep plates. Divide the fish with the vegetables and sauce and sprinkle with the spring onions. Tasty with a fresh cucumber salad with roasted sesame seeds.
