Pappardelle with cauliflower and taleggio
Pappardelle pasta dish with cauliflower, smoked chicken, crème fraîche and taleggio cheese.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes on medium heat.
