Vegetable in red wine
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: quick-cooking rice (pericarp, pack a 400 g), olive oil, stir-fry mix (400 g), sliced mushrooms (125 g), vegetable balls (a ca. 215 g), red wine, vegetable stock and salt and pepper.

Cook rice according to instructions.

Cook 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and mix stir-fry mix for about 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and fry approx.

2 minutes.

Shovel vegetables.

Put the remaining oil in pan and bake vegetable balls for approx.

4 minutes.
-
Add wine and bouillon tablet and reduce to half.

Add vegetables and stew for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Distribute rice on four plates and vegetable mixture on top..
