Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the puff pastry thaw according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion, wash the peppers and cut into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion and paprika for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
