Roast the pine nuts in a dry, hot frying pan until light brown.

Mix them with garlic, paprika, chilli powder and goat cheese and puree with a hand blender or food processor, while adding the olive oil in a stream. Beware: do not puree very finely.

Store the pesto in a clean container in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
