Parmesan biscuits with pitten mix and chorizo

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Fry the chorizo in a dry, hot frying pan in 3 minutes until crispy. Allow to cool and chop into fine crumbs.

Mix the pitten mix with the Parmesan cheese and the chorizo. Distribute tablespoons of the mixture over the baking sheet, do not press.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in the middle of the oven until the cookies are light brown. Allow to cool before removing them from the baking paper.
