Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Grease the spring form and put parchment paper on the bottom. Line the mold with the dough and press the dough seams together well. Prick the dough floor with a fork.
  3. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the parsnip and 200 ml of water and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Beat the eggs with the yogurt, honey and salt and pepper. Put the feta through.
  5. Mix in the parsnip and pour the mixture onto the dough base. Sprinkle the top with the walnuts with the cheese on top. Fry the cake in the middle of the oven in 40-45 minutes until golden brown and done.
