Italian rice with green beans and tomato
Vegetarian meal salad with green beans, onion, rice, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package, then scoop the rice on a large dish to let it cool down. Cook the green beans in 5 minutes until cooked and crispy.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan, fry the chopped onions until they are golden brown. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry them for another minute.

Add the rice and fry the whole on a high heat, until the rice is hot. Scoop the grated cheese through the rice. Cut the mozzarella into pieces.

Tear the basil leaves coarsely and scoop them loosely through the rice, dividing the mozzarella over it. Serve with the green beans.
