Farmers omelet with chicken knacks


Farm omelette with bacon, onion, bell pepper, chicken knacks, cherry tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and cut the pepper into strips. Let the naps drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon on low heat 10 min.
  3. Raise the heat and fry for another 2 minutes. Keep separate. Fry the onions, peppers and currants in the remaining fat for 5 min.
  4. Halve the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, let the contents cool down.
  5. Beat the eggs. Mix the eggs with the vegetables, bacon and pepper.
  6. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the egg mixture and cook on low heat for 6 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  7. Turn the omelette over and cook for another 2 minutes so that it is warm, but still soft inside.
