Pasta pesto with green vegetables and ham strips
Tagliatelle with Italian pesto, green beans, asparagus broccoli, ham strips and Parmigiano Reggiano (cheese).

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. In the meantime, remove the stalk of the green beans and add the green beans and possibly some salt as the water.

Cook in 9 minutes until al dente. Boil the tagliatelle for the last 4 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the asparagus broccoli and cook for the last 2 minutes. Drain the beans, pasta and asparagus broccoli.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the ham strips for 5 min. Change regularly.

Turn off the heat and mix the green beans, pasta, asparagus broccoli, pesto and oil through the ham. Divide over deep signs. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and season with pepper. Serve the rest of the cheese.
