Pasta dish of fusilli, string beans, cauliflower rice, tuna, roasted almonds and pesto with lime.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, remove the stem infeed of the string beans and halve the beans in width. Cut the halves in length into strips of ½ cm thick.

Cook the beans for 4 minutes. Add the cauliflower rice the last minute. Drain.

Meanwhile, let the tuna drain and chop the almonds coarsely. Drain the pasta and mix with the pesto and vegetables.

Divide the tuna over it and garnish with the almonds.
