Vegetable soup with focaccia


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, vegetable soup package (dairy meat, 340 g), giant beans (400 g), pre-fried focaccia (bread), olive oil, zucchini (diced) and green pesto (fresh).

Directions

  1. Bring to the boil in a pan of soup base (from soup package) with 750 ml of water.
  2. Rinse beans with cold water.
  3. Focaccia slices and sprinkle with oil on both sides.
  4. Soup balls and vegetable mix (from soup package) with courgette stirring through soup base and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Large frying pan with non-stick coating and slices of focaccia brown on both sides.
  6. Mix the giant beans with soup and heat for 3 minutes.
  7. Season the soup with salt and pepper and spread over four bowls.
  8. Pour 1/2 el pesto in the middle of each bowl.
  9. Serving Focaccia..
