Mediterranean sausage with oven vegetables
Roasted potatoes with paprika and zucchini from the oven. Extra tasty with the bratwurst and cherry tomatoes.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Peel the potatoes and cut lengthwise in slices of 1 cm wide.

Divide them over a griddle covered with parchment paper and drizzle with the oil. Bake in the middle of the oven in about 35 minutes until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Cut the flesh into half rings of 2 cm wide.

Cut the courgettes lengthwise into quarters and cut into 4 cm pieces. Slice the garlic. Cut each sausage into 3 slanted slices.

After 15 minutes take the baking sheet out of the oven and scoop the pepper, zucchini, garlic, sausage, oregano and the rest of the oil through.

Season to taste with pepper and salt and bake for another 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and scoop the tomatoes through the vegetables. Divide the vegetables and sausage over the plates.
