Japanese one-pan dish with salmon


Asian dish with ginger, bok choy, rice, herbs, pods, warm smoked salmon and sesame seeds.

Directions

  1. Peel and grate the ginger. Cut the pak choi into strips of 2 cm.
  2. Put the rice, ginger, miso paste, the white of the bok choy and the spices in a pan of approx. Ø 30 cm.
  3. Pour in the water and bring to the boil.
  4. Leave to simmer for approx. 12 min. Without lid on the pan and scoop occasionally. After 6 minutes add the snow peas and greens of the pak choi.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat. Divide the salmon into pieces over the rice. Sprinkle the dish with the sesame seed.
