Pasta salad with salmon
Pasta with smoked salmon, snow peas, sugarsnaps, spring onions and cherry tomatoes.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the snow peas and the sugar snaps in water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain and cool.

Cut the parsley finely and the spring onion in rings. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mix the white wine vinegar with the crème fraiche and whisk in the oil. Add the parsley and spring onion and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Drain. Mix in the dressing. Add the snow peas, sugar snaps and the tomatoes.

Divide the pasta salad over the plates. Put the salmon on it and serve immediately.
