Directions

Boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Wash the cucumber well and cut it in quarter lengthwise. Remove the seed list and cut the cucumber strips into slices.

Pour the oil from the sardines and cut the fillets into pieces.

Mix the pasta with the cucumber, the sardines, the onion and the olives.

Stir in the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon this through the pasta and let it taste for half an hour.

Place the salad leaves on a flat dish and spoon the pasta salad on top. Serve immediately.
