Pasta salad with scottish salmon

A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Scottish salmon fillet (about 300 g), penne (pasta, bag 500 g), whole green beans (very fine (a 450 g, frozen)), celery (in slices), red onion ( in half rings) and honey mustard dressing (bottle 270 ml).

Directions

  1. Bring a pan of plenty of water with salt to the boil. Remove from the heat and add the salmon fillet. Leave about 8 minutes from the fire with the lid on the pan.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Add the beans for the last 5 minutes. Drain in a colander and allow to cool under cold, running water. Drain.
  3. Put the pasta with the beans, celery and onion in a bowl. Add the salad dressing and scoop. Add pepper and salt to taste. Take the salmon out of the pan with a slotted spoon and let it drain. Divide the salmon into small pieces, clean with the salad and spread over 4 plates.
