Pasta salad with tomato and thyme
Salad with fusilli, tomato, mozzarella, red onion and thyme.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold running water.

Halve the tomatoes and the bread rolls mozzarella. Cut the onion into half rings. Put in a bowl and mix with the pasta.

Put the mayonnaise, crème fraîche and vinegar in a bowl and press the garlic on top. Ris the leaves of the sprigs of thyme and add.

Stir through and scoop through the pasta salad. Season with salt and pepper. Yummy! .
