Peppers in oil
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sweet pointed pepper (2 pieces), green pepper, garlic, red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil (Italian (bottle 500 ml)).

Halve the pointed peppers and the green bell pepper and remove the stalks and seeds. Cut into strips. Halve the garlic cloves in length.

Bring 400 ml of water to the boil with the vinegar. Add a pinch of salt. Add the pepper and garlic and cook for 8 minutes. Drain.

Put the peppers and garlic in a bowl and pour the oil over it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve. You can prepare this dish 1 day in advance, store it in the refrigerator until it is used. Serve at room temperature.
