Directions

  1. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and season with pepper. Cut the coriander coarsely.
  2. Cut the halloumi into slices of ½ cm wide. Cut the slices into fries of ½ cm wide. Mix the za'atar with the flour and roll the halloumi fries through it.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan or wokkentot 180 ° C. You know that the oil is hot enough when a piece of bread you put into it immediately starts to fizzle.
  4. Fry the halloumi fries in parts in 1-2 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
