Halloumi frieze
French fries made of halloumi cheese, with a sauce of yoghurt and mayonnaise served with pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and season with pepper. Cut the coriander coarsely.

Cut the halloumi into slices of ½ cm wide. Cut the slices into fries of ½ cm wide. Mix the za'atar with the flour and roll the halloumi fries through it.

Heat the oil in a large pan or wokkentot 180 ° C. You know that the oil is hot enough when a piece of bread you put into it immediately starts to fizzle.

Fry the halloumi fries in parts in 1-2 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Divide the halloumi fries over a bowl and divide a portion of the yogurt and coriander, pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Serve the rest of the yogurt.
