Cook the broccoli just al dente. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the ham cubes, add the onions and let it fry.

Add the mushrooms, let it lightly fry and keep stirring until the ingredients are tender.

Prepare the white sauce according to the instructions on the packaging, add it to the vegetable hamburger mixture and let it boil for a moment.

Then add the pieces of blue cheese and let it melt gently while stirring. Season with some pepper and Provençal herbs.

Add a dash of white wine to the sauce, gently spoon in the beetroot broccoli and let it warm. Immediately take the pan from the heat source.
