Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold running water. Let it drain well.

Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon until crispy. Fry the whole garlic cloves for 1 min.

Remove the pan from the heat, press the garlic cloves above it and stir in the vinegar. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.

Peel and halve the avocado, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into cubes. Spoon the avocado right through the dressing.

Cut the tomato into pieces. Put the penne in a bowl and add the bacon-avocado dressing and the tomato. The salad can be eaten hot or cold.
