Mediterranean vegetables from the barbecue
BBQ recipe for grilled vegetables with zucchini, paprika, red onion, black olives, eggplant, artichokes and goat's cheese.

Light the barbecue.

Cut the zucchini into slanted slices and the peppers into coarse pieces.

Cut the onions into rings and the garlic into slices. Halve the olives.

Mix the courgette with the paprika, onion, garlic, herbs, olives and oil. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Drain the artichokes and cut into quarters. Cut the aubergine into slanted slices. Add the eggplant and artichokes.

Put everything in the grill basket and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place the grill basket on a moderately hot barbecue and roast the vegetables in 20 minutes until done. Change regularly.

Crumble the goat's cheese over the vegetables and leave on the barbecue for another 3 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
