Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Bake the bacon strips slowly in a large frying pan or skillet.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, add and fry until golden brown in 4-5 minutes.

Halve the to and scoop with the mushroom mixture and bake for 2 minutes. Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Scoop the warm pasta through the mushroom mixture. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and spread over the warm pasta.

Cut the parsley coarsely. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper and salt to taste. Season the salad with the olive oil, pepper and salt.

Divide the pasta over deep plates and serve the salad with melange.
